About Michael Sanchez
MICHAEL SANCHEZ, AICP, PRINCIPAL – As Principal of Managed Land Entitlements, Michael Sanchez is actively engaged in every aspect of the firm’s operations. He leads with discipline, integrity, compassion, and a strong work ethic, remaining focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Michael is a professional land development manager and an AICP-certified land planner with extensive public- and private-sector experience. He began his career as a Planner with the City of West Palm Beach and later joined the City of Palm Beach Gardens, where he advanced through the ranks to become Planning Manager.
In 2006, Michael transitioned to the private sector, joining a land development consulting firm where he ultimately rose to Director and Development Manager. In this role, he coordinated and managed the full pre-construction and development process for a wide range of projects, working closely with design professionals and governmental agencies to secure all required approvals and permits for construction.
Highly regarded for his drive, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with both clients and regulatory agencies, Michael brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to every project. The values of discipline, respect, and hard work instilled in him early in life continue to define his leadership and professional practice today.
