Managed Land Entitlements (MLE) is a boutique development management firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in design coordination, development approvals, and permitting for complex projects throughout South Florida.

MLE serves as the owner’s representative, coordinating and overseeing every phase of the pre-construction process—from due diligence and consultant solicitation through design, entitlements, civil permitting, vertical permitting, and utility coordination. Acting as the single, centralized point of contact, MLE functions as the project quarterback, driving the process required to secure every approval and permit necessary to move a project into construction.
